Shipping

We ship worldwide! Domestic orders will be shipped via Singpost registered mail, Smartpac, or local courier service. Postage is waived for domestic orders above $50. International orders will be shipped via Singpost registered airmail or Speedpost air parcel. Both options come with online tracking.

In case of failed delivery attempt	Singpost will leave a delivery advice for recipient to rearrange for a 2nd delivery, or to self-collect at the nearest post office.	Singpost will deliver to recipient's letterbox, or issues delivery advice if box can't fit into letterbox.	Courier will contact recipient to make arrangements for redelivery.
Transit time (Approx)	Receive in 2 - 7 working days after parcel is posted. (excluding order processing time, which is between 1-2 working days). No postings on weekends & public holidays. For International orders outside of Singapore

1. Singpost Registered Airmail or Speedpost Air Parcel - Parcels less than 300g will be posted via Registered Airmail, and parcels more than 300g will be posted via Speedpost Air Parcel. A tracking number will be provided after package is mailed.

For registered airmail, tracking is available online at Singpost website after one working day.

For speedpost air parcel, tracking is available online at Speedpost website after one working day.

Shipping & Handling Fee : Starting from S$ 3.25 depending on weight of package and shipping destination. Cost of shipping does not include any local tax or custom duties where applicable. Cost of shipping will be calculated and shown when items are added to your shopping cart.

Transit time : Between 5 - 21 working days after payment is received, depending on shipping destination.
