Minimum Order

The minimum order for all domestic & international order is S$10, before shipping & taxes.

Prices

All prices stated on this website are in Singapore dollars.

HUES Cosmetics reserves the right to adjust the price without prior notice.

Payment

Payment is available by bank transfer (Singapore banks only), paypal, and credit cards via paypal.

For bank transfers, payment must be completed within 2 days after order is confirmed. 

Orders will be void, and items will not be reserved if payment is not received after 2 days.

Delivery

Orders will be delivered via carriers determined by HUES Cosmetics. Special arrangements will be subjected to additional service charge.

Returns & Refunds

Goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept product returns for hygiene reasons. All orders will be packed with bubble-wraps to ensure ample protection. If the product is found to be damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 2 working days.

Color representation of products on our website

All product photos have been taken under the most optimal lighting conditions & setup in order to illustrate the most accurate color tone. However, please note that there may still be slight colour variation when viewed with different computer screens, due to the differences in individual monitor's colour calibration.
