How to Order

Online shopping at HUES Cosmetics is safe, convenient & fuss-free! We process our orders daily, and posting of registered mails & smartpac boxes is done from Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays), and local courier is arranged from Monday - Saturday (excluding public holidays)

1. Create an account with us. Your email address will be used as your login, and you will receive an email confirmation once you have successfully created your account.

(Note: Our emails are sometimes filtered into the spam/junk folders, so please add our email address:  info<at>hues.sg to your address book in order to receive order confirmations, order updates & newsletters to your inbox)

2. To purchase an item, click on 'Add to cart' button. Postage/Shipping fee will be shown in your shopping cart after items are added.

3. Proceed to checkout after you've added your selected items to the shopping cart.

4. Select your delivery address. You can specify a different delivery address by selecting the 'update' or 'add a new address' link.

5. Choose your delivery method. To find out more details on the modes of delivery, please click on the 'Delivery' page here.

6. Choose your payment method. 

Domestic orders can choose to pay via :

(a) Bank transfer - DBS/UOB bank. Bank details will be shown after order confirmation page.

(b) Paypal - Pay using credits in your paypal account

(c) Credit Card - All credit card payments will be processed via paypal. You do not need to have a paypal account to proceed. Simply select Paypal option, and enter your credit card details on the left side of the  paypal page.

International orders can choose to pay via:

(a) Paypal - Pay using credits in your paypal account
(b) Credit Card - All credit card payments will be processed via paypal. You do not need to have a paypal account to proceed. Simply select Paypal option, and enter your credit card details on the left side of the paypal page.

7. Receive order confirmation email from HUES Cosmetics. If you do not receive any order confirmation email, please do check your junk/spam folder and add our email to your address book to receive order updates in your inbox.

8. For payments by bank transfer, please notify us of your payment transaction reference number, order number, and name of bank to:

Please transfer your payment within 3 working days from date of order. 

9. Receive email update once item is mailed.
