Recently, we’ve noticed that hotmail/live/msn mail servers have been regarding our emails as spam, so our mails (including order confirmation & updates) do not reach our customers’ inbox.
If you’ve made an order but have not received any order confirmation mail or response from us within 24hrs, pls check in your spam/junk folder.
Customers who’ve signed up with us using hotmail/live email, pls also check spam/junk folders, you should receive an new account confirmation mail from us.
To ensure that our email updates get delivered to your inbox, kindly add us to your ‘safelist’ in hotmail, or mark our mail as ‘not junk’.
