We are moving our webstore to a new backend software, but the web address remains the same. As we are moving our database to a completely new backend program, there is going to be some changes that may affect our customers. We have minimised the inconvenience to the best we can, so below is a list of changes you can be expecting next month :

• Existing passwords will be reset - we have to move our entire database over to the new program, and as a security feature, all existing accounts will have their passwords reset. Customers who have an existing account with us, you’ll just need to click on ‘forgot password’ link on the login page, and the new password will be sent to your email address. The good news is you do not have to re-enter all your particulars, shipping addresses etc, they will be migrated to the new database by our system.

• Discontinuation of Gift Vouchers - For customers who have unused vouchers in their account, we will be converting the stored value into discount codes instead. You will receive an email with the discount code that is worth the remaining stored value in your account.

• Sample kit will be discontinued – BUT, samples are still going to be available, in fact, they are going to be sold individually instead of a minimum of 5pcs in a kit. So, that should be more of a good news!

• Eyeshadow samples will be available in sample baggies instead of jars – at a lower price of course! All other samples will continue to be sold in sample jars.

• New minimum order policy - there will be a minimum order of S$10 for all local or international orders with effect from 1st November 2010.
